Frequently Asked Questions
Why do people seek support?
They come to us because the abortion experience has left them feeling sad, empty and conflicted. They are looking for help, a path to feel whole again, and to move forward with their lives and relationships.
When do people typically reach out for support after an abortion?
It varies. Some women seek help soon after their abortion(s). Others may wait years, sometimes decades, to speak about it. Many have kept their abortion(s) a secret or told only a few close friends or family. Some were encouraged to forget the experience entirely. No matter how long it’s been, we are here to help.
I don’t know if a group setting is best for me. Are there other options for healing?
Every journey is different. We will walk with you and offer one-on-one and/or group options that will best meet your needs.
What is the cost for your service?
All support is confidential and free.
